Great Lakes Salmon

Ingredients

· 4 salmon fillets (1 inch thick and around 6 ounces each)

· ¼ cup mayonnaise.

· ½ cup finely crushed up pistachios.

· 1 Tablespoon Smoky Michigan All- Purpose Seasoning.

Directions

· Remove skin from salmon fillets.

· Place fillets on a sheet of parchment paper: sprinkle both sides of fillets with all-purpose seasoning. Spread mayonnaise on top of each fillet then sprinkle each fillet with the crushed-up pistachios.

· Bake at 375* for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

· Serve with a side of rice or your favorite vegetable.

· Pair with a chilled semi-dry to semi-sweet Michigan white wine.
